Cons: "The woman who checked me in at the start of my journey from TLV on 2/17/20 provided exceptional customer service. She was very professional and customer service excelled beyond measure. Thank you. My return flight on 3/23/20 was enjoyable and pleasant. Bathrooms on plane very well maintained. I will definitely fly El Al in the future!"
Cons: "Boarding process was not nice. Secondary check up is fine but explanation would be helpful and communication from airport crew was awful."

Cons: "Delayed 20 minutes and then they called us to the gate where we waited for another hour because the flight got delayed again. It sounded like the problem might have been out of Ryanair's hands but they at least could have told us that it would be an hour and that we should return later."

Pros: "Late departure, easy checkin, waited 10-15 minutes after landing for ground crew to have stairs for us to exit plane."
Cons: "The passport check at Marseille is so poorly managed that they made nearly every passenger late and an elderly woman was humiliated as she had to climb under barriers. The response from the Ryanair representative? “You’re flying low-cost. What do you expect?”"
