The pre flight service was incompetent unknowledgeable regarding COVID 19 Canadian laws . As well the level of communication was very poor while the language used by ElAl personnel was inadequate and offensive. All in all was a bad experience for all the members of my family and therefore I will do whatever it takes to make public my bad experience on all media platforms Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, official El Al website and other.

Cons: "Air line was fine but there was a big queue for security for everyone at the airport, was slow going through there, probably took at least half an hour. Only got to gate just before closing as did other passengers on the flight. A member of staff near the gate was impatiently telling people to hurry up but we could n't help being delayed at the security check."

Cons: "North terminal is terrible it is almost designed to be anti anyone with a disability the walk is far too long and the lift from tarmac is code protected so can’t be used. My partner had awful distress walking up the three flights of stairs to the Concorde as she had a bad knee, not bad enough to warrant mobility aid but by the end of the journey to the outside of the terminal she was almost in tears. We were very disappointed at the lack of management for the old the young and anyone with slight disabilities. So much more can be done."
Very very very…… uncomfortable seats /does nor reclain/ and so little space /this was 5:30 hours flight- and quite expensive no longer low cost airline/ 5:30 hours flight and no water or snacks was offered anly very expensive sales.
Very aggressive clerk at the boarding gate. Forcing people to pay for baggage’s that actually fit into their small cage
The crew was exceptionally kind. Communication in terms of gate changes could be better

Pros: "Is a case of what didn’t I like. When you fly low budget just expect surprises. The small prints are terrible clauses and you will never know when they will get you. Today I was charged £25 on the spot by WIZZ AIR at the boarding gate, even if I disagreed with the charges, I wasn’t prepared to miss my flight W61301 from Warsaw to Luton. There is a degree of unfairness with these impromptu and extra charges. I came on the same flight with the same bag and there was no hassle. I was a soft target and whilst I had no problem with the flight and the service provided, I will not recommend @wizzair. I felt the extra charge was a con."

Pros: "One of the very rare on-time, efficient and smooth flights with Wizzair. Check-in was fairly quick and incident-free, despite some of the other passengers reporting problems with the procedures and the staff. Boarding was quick and the flight actually arrived 10 minutes earlier than scheduled."
Cons: "As usual, the cabin crew is adequately polite, but not overly friendly, the food & beverage range is mediocre and overpriced at best and the entertainment is virtually non-existent."

Cons: "We arrived at the airport 2.5 hours earlier than departure as suggested. They opened check in for Naples on the boards but the agents would not let anyone for Naples check in/bag drop. Once allowed it was chaos in the line. Once we got through security our flight posted as “boarding”. We got there in time but the unnecessary rush was uncomfortable and chaotic."

We asked if they could print us one, they wanted €20. Seriously? However, I saw the gate lady print for several others with no charge.....hmmmm."

Cons: "The guy at the boarding did not know the procedures for a non EU passport and kept me waiting for so long because he had not sure if my visa was real. He did not even check my passport if I had a visa. I paid for priority and ended as a lat person in the queue. Then a woman came and checked my passport and saw the visa and could not see any problem with it. I want to know why did a pay for priority services if the person at the boarding does not even know anything. Is the company going to reimburse the company for the time waiting and bring the last one?"
The cabin crew on that flight were super fantastic and super helpful. They were so polite and considerate that i felt i travelled with a 5star airline.
Delayed delayed delayed - always with Wizzair. Staff were friendly and well mannered but clearly the company is unorganized and the aircrafts are outdated.
It's a budget airline. Great for short flight. Smooth landing.
4 hr delay and only told less than 2hrs before. Only given water and nuts on the flight as complimentary service. Left to wait in rain before boarding.
To be honest I did not like anything. Communication to why my flight was cancelled mid air 2 and half hours into my flight. Customer service desk were not helpful with providing information or a solution on what can be done.
I have been treated unacceptably by WizzAir aircraft crew in a previous flight, they threatened me and abused me, and I received an OFFICIAL written apology, but only two (2) months later. This flight had no such unacceptable behaviour, but it's not nice to be left waiting in the walkway (from gate to aircraft) for a long time, just so that the 'boarding' appears to be early, even if actual departure is not.

The flight was cancelled just 4 hours before the take off...
No food on board. Not comfortable. Had to move seats was delayed more than 3 hours.
Pros: "The food and beverage selection as always. The seat was quite pleasant as well."
Cons: "Crew forgot to serve me when doing meal service. I got up and food but found it interesting that 2 flight attendants walked right by me without saying anything. The flight was late departing and arriving."
