Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel staff for their friendliness, helpfulness, and willingness to go above and beyond to assist. However, many reviews mention issues with cleanliness, particularly in the rooms and bathrooms, which are described as old, poorly maintained, or having unpleasant odors. Noise from construction and thin walls is a frequent complaint, and several guests note that the bathrooms are outdated or uncomfortable to use. Despite these drawbacks, some guests appreciate the location and the overall service provided by the staff.
