“Our baby was 11months old when came to this hotel for our first holiday after exhausting pandemic months made of homeworking with a baby; and the hotel made this holiday a true success for us! - Many short ballads can be done nearby the hotel - The temperature of the indoor pool was perfect to swim with our baby while avoiding the sun; and the pool isn’t too noisy our crowded so she had a blast ! - The staff was very understanding and adorable with her (she even had special a steamed vegetables julienne on our day of arrival!) - she slept great in her hotel crib (which was an actual very good quality crib, not a fold-up bed, which we didn’t expect and were very positively surprised about) - the room was safe for the baby, even the balcony - there was a diaper changing table in the hotel restroom - the restaurant baby high chair was very good quality and comfortable All this really allowed us to relax and enjoy our holidays as a family”

“The room was SO clean! They even vacuumed daily! The facility gave us a complimentary room upgrade as we were honeymooning! The pool was great and had a couple small water features within it (waterfall, fountain) - there’s a separate pool area that has an outdoor swim through area, too! Meals were absolutely fantastic from breakfast to the five course dinners! Our server Daniel was kind and funny and made great wine recommendations!! The bartenders made cocktails that were works of art and were delicious! oh can’t forget that you’re RIGHT in a national park in the Black Forest with tons of walking paths everywhere! We want to come back!!”
