Pros (+) Reasonable price for a great downtown location. It is an easy walk from the train station. The staff has always been friendly and helpful when I stay there. I do not spend a lot of time in my room, and so it serves my purposes well.
Cons (-) The building itself is not in the greatest shape. The furnishings could use an upgrading. However, because I do not spend much time in the hotel and my room, these are minor concerns. Because of the price and location, I will stay at the Biltmore Suites Hotel in future visits to Baltimore.
