Location and price
Water pressure in shower terrible; originally wanted to give me a Queen but I wanted a king and had to push for the front desk to grand the request
no heater, no fan in the bathroom and the sink was clogged. $200 deposit?? Why? I know it is gonna back to my account but still too much for deposit. the location is perfect
Perfectly Located for Royal Farms Arena Event
We stayed there to go to a concert at Royal Farms arena. It is right across the street. We were able to have a few drinks in the hotel bar which was very nice and had good service. We went to a very nice Irish pub (Mick O'sheas) for dinner that was a short walk from the hotel. The hotel was clean and had comfortable beds.
It needed many obvious small repairs that made you feel like you definitely weren't in a luxurious hotel. Parking was not compensated and added $30 to our stay and there was no complimentary breakfast.
Great Value but...
The location was great and it was nice to walk to Orioles game. The kids enjoyed the pool. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.
The valet was expensive and self park option was confusing. We were told that we couldn’t leave car out front to check in first and would have to carry our bags from the lot. Not the best first impression when checking into a hotel for the first time.
Nice staff , comfortable bed and clean room
The thermostat didn’t work, really hot in the room trying to sleep
