Pros (+) Front desk helped us get a room with a view of mountains and were very accommodating. Maps and brochures available in lobby to aid tourists. Soaps and bath items are very nice.
Cons (-) Artificial flowers in pool area where real plants would probably thrive. Needs to keep on updating to appeal to current standards, including carpet and paint finishes.

Pros (+) Clean and comfortable room, very friendly and helpful receptions, high quality breakfast, and convenient location, all of that make the lodge is an excellent place to stay for a few day in Banff.
Cons (-) It seems the drains in the bathroom were clogged up a little.
Pros (+) The staff was very nice and helpful. I had a couple of special requests for assistance getting a contract signed and emailed out, and the front desk people got it scanned and to me within minutes. The breakfast buffet was quite good.

Pros (+) The hotel is quaint and well appointed. Staff are friendly. Eager to assist. Close to town center. Would love to stay again.
Pros (+) I liked it expect after paying so much. Breakfast should have been included. A simple hot ceral or cold coffee and some some fruit & yogurt.
