Staff and owners very polite and helpful. Breakfast okay. Hotel has a lift.
Second visit but no handsoap supplied both times. No safe deposit boxes.

Hotel was quiet, room was clean and decent, price was cheap. Breakfast is good, if somewhat limited (compared to most Thai hotels that usually offer a buffet breakfast).
Wi-fi not working most of the time, staff is trying to be helpful but speaks very little english.

close to the place of event i planned to go to. Good value for money. Breakfast is nice. decent size room. 15 minutes to BTS Ekkamak station
far from the city centre. if you get a room close to the main road, it can get abit noisy

It was close to where I wanted to be and was only 20 minutes from the airport. It was very clean and good value for money. There was a good free breakfast buffet.
Getting downtown on public transport wasn't easy.

I couldn't speak highly enough of the staff at this hotel, they were so helpful and kind. The location isn't as close to the center as we had thought but the hotel its self was simple,very clean and comfortable. When the sky train near the hotel is complete it will be much easier and faster to get in to the center and see the sights. I must also add the food at this hotel is super.
