We selected this hotel because it offered a shuttle to the airport. It was disappointing that, even though we had an early evening flight, there were no shuttles offered between 10:30am and 6pm, which didn’t work for us. I could understand if the flight was in the middle of the night, but to only offer airport shuttles in the morning and evening makes no sense, and is a disservice to your guests. ...

Pros (+) The staff was very helpfully, the breakfast which was included was very good. Lots of selection. The food overall was very good.
Cons (-) The restaruant hours don’t start until 1pm which limited the selection in the cafeteria. The location isn’t very good if you plan on staying for more than a day, good if you need to get to the airport but for site seeing you’ll need some wheels.

Cons (-) The shuttle stops running at 12:30AM. Despite the description of this hotel being at the airport, it's actually about a 15 minute taxi ride away which costs us $30. Air conditioner would not run (I'm assuming the hotel doesn't turn on the AC until later in the year as this was 4/1) so we slept with the windows open. Temperature was comfortable, but there was a fair amount of road noise.
