Great place my third stay great location, only negative is that wash clothes are not provided with out request .
The staff were very helpful and nice. The room was clean and modern. The location was walking distance to shops and restaurants.
Very satisfied with the hotel
Very clean, great staff. Location is good but I used metro to go to the Ramblas instead of 25 minute walk!
The staff were friendly and helpful, when we couldn't print using the Internet station they quickly accommodated us by printing for us. The staff spoke multiple languages and helped us figure out where to get tapas and how to get around. I stayed in two different rooms in the space of a week and showed are nice, one had a very modern three mode shower. The wifi was free, quick and I didn't experience any dead zones in the two rooms I stayed in. It's located about a hour walk (at casual pace) from the Camp Nou, a bus to the Camp Nou passes directly outside and it's across the street from a Barcelona City tours stop. There are tons of restaurants and shopping within 30mins walk any direction.
The elevators are tiny! They hold about 5 adults and barely 3 with luggage. The printer/Internet kiosks are old, slow and a bit unreliable. The breakfast was just OK. We had A/C problems in one of the rooms from the first day and it was never *really* fixed. The showers don't have in lights, they get a decent amount of light from the rest of the bathroom but they are enclosed so it's a bit murky.
you don't get a room, you get a completely furnished appartement. Anyone looking for a pied-a-terre in Paris, or is looking for place to stay with kids or two couples, then this is the place for you. The appartements are much more comfortable and modern than you can see on the pictures. Also, the staff was really helpfull. And free underground parking for the car. believe me, in Paris, this is a plus.
The halls and lift look a bit industrial and dated, so the contrast with the nice rooms is quite big. It is a bit of a walk to get acces to public transport to the centre, but not that this that luch of a problem. The bed was quite hard.
Closeness to everything and the helpfullness from the staff. Big and comfortable bed.
Bathroom to "open". Price for breakfast to high.
large room vs other hotels nearby, reno has been great, genuine upmarket, excellent shower and bed/bedding, good value if you get one of the deals/packages, awesome location, newly equipped gym
lack of staff follow-up on resolving outbound mail server issues [2+ guests affected].
situation, lovely room
Stayed in a superior room which was large, had a large comfortable bed and the best shower of any hotel I have stayed in.
It was a long walk from a metro.
The hotel was very plush and quite elegant for the price we paid. there were no women of the night outside at night unlike my other experiences at the hotel de bordello..very clean and all the facilities one would expect from a 4 star hotel.
The hotel was quite far from centre and metro station. As my girlffriend cannot walk too far it was quite a burden but other buses and taxis available. There were noises outside at 6am..! people laughing and shouting and having fun, but were too loud.
The rooms were Euro-Modern, clean, quiet and the staff was wonderful. The front desk went ut of their way with our every request or question. It ws off the beaten tourist area and we enjoyed sme great cafes and street bars without all the hectic tourtist traffic. We did not try the restaurant or bar as we were too busy doing site seeing and we tried to plan meals around were would be for the day.
We wished the bar stayed open later - we came in late mst nights and the bar was always closed. A night cap to revisit our day would have been great.
Location, bathroom, and staff
Room proximity to bar/lounge across the street (on friday night), the hotel did its best to provide adequate sound isolation thru the use of double glazing but sometime crowd noise just can not be stopped. This was not a problem for a sound sleeper such as myself but it did present a problem for my wife.
cleanliness and big and comfortable rooms
Location, breakfast, room, massage service, there always seemed to be a taxi outside when we needed it
bar shut early, poor selection drinks in room service, although we had a terrace unable to use it as there were no chairs
