Summary of reviews
Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing public transport. The breakfast was frequently mentioned as a highlight, with several guests appreciating its quality and variety. However, there were recurring complaints about small room sizes, noise issues due to thin walls or external factors, and some dissatisfaction with service levels. While some guests found the staff friendly and helpful, others reported inefficiency or unprofessional behavior. Overall, the location and breakfast stood out as the main positives, but improvements are needed in room comfort, noise insulation, and service consistency.AI-Generated from customer reviews
