Loved this hotel from the time I walked in the door. The staff are extremely friendly and very accommodating. There’s a great pizzeria next door that will take care of those late night cravings. Next time I’m in town I’m not staying anywhere else!

Pros: I could list a few good things but the mildew in the rooms kills the whole experience.
Cons: All the rooms smelled of mildew. We tried swapping out rooms but the smell was pretty constant threw out the hotel. There were 6 of us in different rooms and we all had the same complaint.

Pros: For Barranquilla this is a good Hotel and for most western travelers like myself its ideal.Very similar to many of the 3/4 star hotels you can expect to find in the USA. Nice pool.
Cons: I dont use credit cards and so they wanted to deduct $100 usd from my debit card. They would give me the $100 usd back in CASH in the morning! Breakfast is not very good, could be better.

Cons: The staff is horrible, right from the start they treat you like if your a crook trying to steal from them, I had to show them more Identification than I did the government upon entry to the country. THIS IS MORE OF AN UPSCALE HOURLY HOTEL. It’s not a place to stay while on business or vacation but rather where upscale men take escorts

And then inget to the room!...the lobby walls are not painted well!!...my room on 1202 the ac unit was leaking that inhad a puddle in the room!!

Pros: Doorman, front desk, housekeeping, wait staff ...extremely friendly staff. Made me feel like I was a hotel regular.
Cons: Only negative was no hot water after checking in late my 1st night. The next and there after all was perfect.
