We stayed at Ramada because/easy access to Tram, for Town and Riehen (Beyeler Museum)
The staff is inefficient, high German is th language, No Swiss German no French and very poor English

The hotel is near to business centers, and reachable by different public transportation. The room is very clean , and good wifi connection coverage. I didn't have time to check diffrent other hotel facilities. I will stay there next time inshalah. The price received from Booking.com is pretty less than other reservation web sites.

Next door to Red Bar lounge is convenient - unique for Basel.
Minimalist taken too far, little signage, confusing lift use has no instructions, reception staff continue talking to you when you are on the phone, mid afternoon cafe in lobby closes and you can not get a drink or food unless you move to L3, Opaque floor in bathroom impractical for a hotel as it looks unclean within moments of use.
