Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests frequently mention the hotel's convenient location near malls and attractions as a highlight. Many found the rooms to be spacious and comfortable, though opinions on cleanliness and service are mixed, with some praising friendly staff and others reporting unfriendly or inattentive service. Breakfast receives varied feedback, with some guests enjoying the variety while others found it lacking. Cleanliness is also inconsistent, with both positive and negative experiences reported. Overall, the hotel is seen as offering good value, especially for family groups, but there is room for improvement in service and cleanliness.AI-Generated from customer reviews
