Cons: "Boarding process seems standard - always takes a long time to board and disembark. Older planes have screens with poor touchscreen responsiveness and poor resolution. I was surprised to see that the short-haul flights had better screens than the long-haul flights. I was on a 3 1/2 hour flight each way from Dubai/Delhi with beautiful screens but the long-haul each way from Dubai/Seattle had the crappy screens."

Specifically seat 12c front rower, when the foot rest comes up, there is no room for your feet, if you have long legs. Very uncomfortable for an expensive ticket"

I asked for blanket extra because I got cold. No body came back. I asked for chai it was not good. Sorry to say.
Boarding in Madrid was among the worst. Not the worst, but pretty bad. Cabin crew was very professional and friendly, as usual, I might add. Somebody needs to adjust the temperature in the cabin (i.e. too hot) and also the ventilation (there was none until arrival). Entertainment console didn't work (not the first time I have reported this incidence). Overall, TK is still one of my favorite airlines because of Istanbul and the lounge in Istanbul.
We were on business class from TLV to LAX When TK canceled their TLV to IST flight nobody could help us to rebook a flight at TK

Pros: "Crew was super 5 stars, airplane 0 stars, narrow and ugly, change planes , who gave any star to that Airline don't belief ."

Cons: "On the runway, the crew upgraded a family with two small toddlers. They cried on and off non stop and walked back and forth in business class. I pay for business class so I can have some peace and quiet ! Crew informed everyone that they switch this family seat due to the safety of this family seat. I understand they need seats but crew should upgrade another couple with no toddlers and maybe a star alliance gold member rather than give this family with the toddlers the upgrade. No one wants to pay for business class with 2toddlers crying and up and down aisle ."

Cons: "I paid extra money for the upgrade to sit the exit but only to be told after boarding that due to my size and age that I can’t sit on the exit aisle. Then I said okay, I’ll move if I get a refund and the the flight attendant said that they will. So then I swapped to a middle seat by the attendants directive all the way in the back. After the plane takes off, the flight attendant said that can not refund me the upgrade. I was extremely frustrated and felt discriminated because of my age and size. I demanded to sit back to my original assigned seat but they refused. Not to mention, the flight was delayed!! Unpleasant experience and a rip off."

The legs room was not enough at all. The seats are not comfortable enough for long journey but other than that it was very good
