Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent location near Nagoya Hill Mall and easy access to amenities, making it convenient for shopping and dining. The staff receives high praise for being friendly, helpful, and providing good hospitality, often compensating for other shortcomings. However, cleanliness is a recurring issue, with several reviews mentioning dirty rooms, bathrooms, and dated facilities. Breakfast is generally considered adequate but lacks variety. Room sizes are acceptable for most guests, though some found them small or basic. Overall, the hotel offers good value due to its prime location and attentive service, but improvements in cleanliness and maintenance are needed.
