Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to explore the city and nearby attractions. Cleanliness and decor were frequently highlighted as positives, with many mentioning well-maintained and beautifully decorated rooms. The staff received high marks for being friendly, welcoming, and helpful. However, several guests noted significant noise issues, especially in rooms facing the street or located near common areas, which sometimes disrupted sleep. A few reviews mentioned small room sizes and the lack of an elevator as drawbacks, particularly for those with heavy luggage. Overall, the positives of location, cleanliness, and service stood out most in guest experiences.
