Nice staff, big room, convenient 15 minute walk from subway. Pretty fruit mini-mini market in front of the hotel. Very quiet.
The room we stayed in had windows, but be aware that not all the room have windows. Comment it on your booking.

The staff was very friendly and helpfull. 15 minutes walk to nearest subway station and 25 minutes walk to CIEC
It was not warm outside, and so it was inside. Manager showed how to use split system in the hot mode (thanks a lot) but it wasn't enough to feel comfortable at the morning because of cold weather.

The price was good and the location OK.
The room is big but there is no normal light in the room. The bathroom is bad and the shower is not divided. They ask you to pay in advance. Staff is not very helpful!

The staff was helpful, and the location is reasonable (about 15 minutes walk from Sanyuanjiao Subway station, but this station requires transferring and trips take about 45 minutes into the centre of the city). There are many helpful amenities right near the hotel.
