“The reception staff were as helpful as they could be, considering the language barrier, using a translation app on their phones to answer our questions. The cleaning staff were super lovely. Our room was nice enough with plenty of space, a couch and TV and a comfortable bed...and very clean. For we non-smokers, the room smelt fine and had good ventilation with opening windows. The heating was excellent for our mid-winter stay. The location was excellent with plenty of good restaurants, cafes with coffee and a big supermarket close by. It's also close to the Moon River area, great for walks and with a large collection of zany sculptures, little cafes, a fun fair and the most awesome hotpot restaurant on a beautiful old boat.”
