Good, simple hotel very well located in the Hamra district - so very good for a weekend trip to Beirut.

The Junior Suite was comfortable and spacious with a good sofa and bar area. The jacuzzi in the bathroom completed the experience.
The reception staff showed us to 2 wrong rooms before we spoke to the manager saying that we booked a junior suite with a jacuzzi. We had to wait an hour while they cleaned the room we were supposed to be in, and the manager did not deal at all well with the problem. When you pay that sum of money for a hotel, you expect basic things like getting the right room. The breakfast was also very standard and reminded me of school dinners!

Location is excellent. You pay half the price for a Crowne Plaza just up the road.
The walls had dents in them and the carpet was worn out.

The only thing that it is in Hamra.
The hotel is too old.Its not modern.The hotel team is not qualified.The room's furnitures are so so old fashioned.We could only stay 1 night over there.
