Rooms were clean and tidy. Staff were good. Breakfast was ok too.
I got a room in the 3rd floor which was noisy for traffic. The toilet was noisy too. I only stayed for 2 nights and would have made more of an issue of it had I been staying for longer. The room rate was at the top end when compared with their local competitors (the Europa / The Fitzwilliam) etc) so I will consider them when returning to Belfast. Even so it’s still a good hotel but no longer my first port of call
Location, size of room, cleanliness of room
Stingy supply of tea, coffee etc, what was there was poor quality. Pool not organised i.e. Could have done with extra lane for swimmers, away from lessons. Spinner in changing room would have been appreciated. Cost of drinks in bar.
Being within walking distance to the shops as this was a Christmas shopping trip.
Nothing, liked everything
I Liked the fact the Hotel was not too close and not too far from the shopping centre and the main square.
The only thing i didnt like was the quality of food been served during evening meal.
Location
Carpets in hallways and dining area were dirty.
Very good breakfast. It is in a strategic position in the very center of Belfast. Nice and clean the relax area (pool, jacuzzi, turkish bath)
the staff was not very friendly, they speak fast and with a strange accent, difficult to be understood. The internet costs a lot 3£ / 1 h.
I had booked for a non smoking room and was allocated a smoking room. Minor point but it was still an oversight on the hotels part.
Found Staff to be very pleasant and extremely helpful Have recommended this hotel to all my family and friends!
Rooms are very clean, comfortable and modern
The hotel restaurant was quite expensive as was the room
