Staff were simply amazing . Super friendly and helpful . They went up and beyond the call of duty to put a smile on our faces , help us with anything we needed . Gave excellent information and local facilities and places to try.
Only thing is that if both mine and my friends rooms were beside each other’s. But they were swamp and fully booked out and it didn’t dampen or ruin our weekend

The personnel were just BRILLIANT! Especially Thomas (but also everybody from the front desk to the service room), a great guy who helped us to solve absolutely every single need we had throughout our stay at Radisson Blu in Belfast! Thank you so much for such a help, we’ll always remember him and his workmates ❤️

“Firstly, the staff are incredible! They went above and beyond to make our last night of our wedding trip that was rightfully cut short due to the early stages of the COVID-19 outbreak very memorable. The front desk was quick to check us in and very kind in the process. We were upgraded to a bigger room, and had a plate of very tasty desserts waiting for us upon arrival. The restaurant had a limited menu, but everything we had was spectacular (especially the chowder!) and the chef was extra kind to come out and say hello to us. Follow the bartending staff for suggestions on a gin and tonic, because I had one of the best in my life there. The room we had was large, comfortable, and had an excellent bathroom. The bed + linens were the most comfortable we had on the trip.”
