Friendly staff, especially the ladies from the reception. Rich breakfast buffet, spacy and nice decorated room, bathroom with massage douche which was not working....and big balcony. In 10 minutes with public transport in the center of Belgrade, but in the vicinity of the hotel also a variety of shops. Close to hotel a nice park and 5 minutes away from Ada Ciganlija.

The mess up they created with charges and my credit card! At the end I have to pay a half in cash,as they exhaused my card with their cancellations and changes of amount to be charged.
