Got boarded on the plane on time and held there without moving for 2h to avoid paying delay fees. typical Aegean airlines. They should have left us on the gate and do the boarding when we are ready to go.

Would be good if we didn't have to print out own boarding pass

The flight was absolutely fine. Unfortunately it was delayed by an hour due to unforeseen reasons.

I’ve flown Aegean many times and they remain consistent with good service from Athens to Cyprus.

Agean Airlines are the best!!! Kind and pretty personnel willing to help you any time! Kind with the kids and smiley faces! And the only airlines to serve food and drink for free! Yes! This is GREEK HOSPITALITY!! Great job!!

The airline provided exceptional service, particularly the counter personnel. The aircraft's seating arrangement offered ample legroom and comfort, exceeding expectations for standard economy class.

The free wi if was highly appreciated and worked very well. Staff was great!

Fine. It was a 25 minute ride in a tiny plane that left 20 mins late

The only issue was a short window to make my connecting flight, and nobody to assist me in finding my way to the next gate.

This is my first time flying Aegean Air and I had a great first time experience. I will fly this airline again.

Everything was good, but there was a delay of about an hour

I liked it as a half empty flight, I didn't like to wait 5 hours to fly which wasn't my fault.

Food was horrible! Inedible sandwiches by a supposed star chef, Assaf Granit. I was dead hungry the entire flight but couldn't possibly stuff that awful sandwich down my throat,

El AL has vastly improved its overall experince in the last several years. Nicer place, nicer flight attendants, food, comfort etc

Poor food service, a microwave heated sandwich and 300ml water bottle for a coach 4 hours flight ticket. Entertainment only by streaming to your device if you got something more than a small phone screen. On the positive side - on time arrivel.

Remind me not to fly (eat) at passover with Israeli cartiers. Came out of the aircraft with an incredible neck pain. Crew and entertainment were good.

Great entertainment system. The crew was somewhat helpful, but ignored the calls completely. Also all the isle seats were taken by the time of check-in and we had to squeeze a family of 5 on middle seats in 3 rows - awfully inconvenient to fetch nappies, take kids to the toilet or fetch water. Seat spacing was ok and the missile defence system of ElAl planes is unmatched.

Window seats on the 737 are tight and narrow. Staff was good.

I paid for carry-on bag, but they did not let me take it on board, persuaded to check it in because the flight was full. I agreed to help them out, and they mixed up tag numbers and my bag got lost. I had very valuable things in there, and my whole vacation experience was ruined. I even asked the boarding assistant why the tag number was different from the assigned one, but they assured me it was alright and the bag will arrive to my destination. Nothing arrived of course. Incompetence of boarding assistants cost me the loss of all my things.

Again, delays. That route from VIE to RMO gets regular delay all the time.

They lost our luggage and there has been no news for 5 days. I called their office and they said they can’t help us, we don’t do anything about it.

There was not enough sparkling water and beer during the flight. Coffee was not hot

One hour delay to board. The plane is tiny and 100 years old. Many passengers have been asked to check in their carry-on bags. This is although the bags were within weight and volume limits. The plane is just too small so they are essentially overbooking carry-ons. No entertainment whatsoever. No overhead TV and of course no personal screens. Food, if you can call a lukewarm toast "food", was edible at best. Craw was very nice, polite, and welcoming. They are not at fault that the airline is XXXing on their clients.

No delays, helpful staff, well organised. The check in and boarding procedures ran smoothly. The only thing that put me off is that the meal had spicy peppers in. I would have appreciated at least a warning (if i couldn't have a choice) so as to simply not eat them because they were too spicy.

Schedule and on time departure and arrival were great. The crew was good, but a change in aircraft bumped many of us from our expected seats. It was a crowded flight, but the cabin crew did their best to keep things under control.

Austrian was not the issue. Kayak was terrible The flight was canceled. Frustrating but it can happen. The worst was Kayak's customer support around re-booking. I have chatted with a bot, than with a person who insisted the flight was still on as originally booked. while chatting i went on Austrian web page and told the kayak chat lady that the flight is shown as cancelled. She said she will escalate this and that someone will contact me within the hour. When I have asked her to give me the details of the flight she sees, She gave me the general A to B and return B to A. Totally unhelpful. After two hours I contacted them again, They were still saying the original flight is as scheduled and when I explained again I was told I will be contacted within 2-6 hours. NO ONE CONTACTED ME EVER SINCE! I have than contacted Austrian directly and was rebooked on a difficult flight. Kayak continued to send me irrelevant updates about my original flight. Terrible customer service at time of need.

Long delay (6 hour late departure, not informative enough to provide up to date info on flight, poor food quality

Plane was late causing me to miss connection. Flight the next late causing me to miss the rebooked connection. Air seberia I think is more late than on time

Plane was old. Seats were hard and very close together. No in flight entertainment.

This was my connection flight that was moved time ahead for a almost entire day so I lost it and I had to purchase new ticket once I landed in Copenhagen since nobody wanted to take responsibility for moving flight in that way so it’s impossible to make it. Very poor job by Underpricer, Air Serbia and SAS.

I purchased an exit row seat and priority boarding, about 3 months in advance. Without any communication whatsoever, my seat was moved to row 2, when I checked my reservation 2-3 days before departure. As no exit row seats were available anymore, I selected a seat 1C. However, once at the airport, I was issued maybe the worst possible seat, 29E, middle seat, one row before the last. It is not worth my time to request the refund on the ancillary purchase, I am simply done flying with Air Serbia. Also there was no boarding process to speak of at all, or online check in.

Lacking online check in, had to wait an hour in order to check in on the counter even without language.

This flight was better, plane was newer and didn’t have broken parts. Flight crew was very attentive and friendly.

Seats are very small and uncomfortable so such a long flight. My tray table was broken and taped up. Flight attendant untaped it to put my tray on. I taped it back up when done. The armrest between seats was broken and metal exposed. I will not book Air Serbia again.

Our flight was delayed from 1st July to 2nd July. But I wasnt informed! Checked my emails,every detail but I was definitely not informed! I and my family went to the airport on 1st July and learned that rhe flight is delayed to 2nd July at the airport! I am going to complain about this. I had to stay ın Kraljevo one more night. Luckily we could find a room. What ıf We couldn't?

To be honest, it was a fair flight, nothing more, nothing less. Since the route is short, I can accept poor in-flight service. The Belgrade airport is currently undergoing extensive reconstruction, which may result in some minor disruptions, but progress is expected to be made within the foreseeable future.

Crew was super nice, boarding was fast (all trolleys were asked to be checked in), no entertainment at all, food - well, better if one brings ones own, and, surprisingly, they kept the schedule. This time around - 2 thumbs up.

I liked: Helpful, informative, pleasant crew. Could be Better: Check in. Stowage space General cleanliness especially toilets. Ugh!

It became a standard of this company to delay it's scheduled flights by hours! One to two days in advance, a notice of one hour delay is issued, then - at the airport, another 2 to 3 hours are occurring, at our outbound as well on our incoming flights. Be advised that this is to be expected. Furthermore - do not expect any transparency or explanation or just pure information from the company's reps on location, nor any other compensation or just a coupon for a snack or drink. It's probably just not part of the company's relation with it's clients.
