Cons (-) I was disappointed that I did not receive a discount or money off when my hotel key card would not work due to the battery pack being out of battery. My luggage was locked in my room, I was stranded outside and had to wait 30 minutes before the door could be opened. I then had to switch rooms and pack up and un pack all of my belongings.
