The room was very nice and modern and looked much better than the pictures. The staff was friendly
We scratched our car in the parking which is crowded and tight, It was a long walk to the center of the city

locationwise the hotel was great
The bedspread was stained, ringmarks on the lockers, mildew in the grout between tiles in bathroom, overall the room looked tired and shabby definately not to 4 star standard

We enjoyed the meals in the restaurant and the service in the hotel was excellent.
We felt that the surrounding area detracted from the hotel, as it ws opposite the construction site from the new Bilbao FC stadium. However, the noise from the site was not excessive.

“I asked for a double bed and a nice view during my booking. The hotel managment didn't promise me anything, just wrote me they will do their best. And WOW!!! The view from the room was breathtaking. The bed was super king size and very comfortable. All exceeded our expectations, next time I will book this hotel again for sure! Highly recommended! A warm and big thank you to the hotel team.
