Facilities as they stand we're terrific. Clean, contemporary. Business luxury.
Staff– a bit disorganized and not super helpful. Individually, they were polite and kind. But I expected more from a 4* hotel. Looked at me like I had three heads every time I asked for a restaurant number or a taxi. Their answer to everything was giving me a map. LOCATION. This is BARELY in Bilbao in my opinion. The hotel is literally located on the exit ramp leaving the city. It barely fit on the map of center city. If you're going for business, it's perfect. But if you plan on exploring the city, get ready to walk, take trains, take buses, etc. I would highly recommend that tourists DO NOT stay in this hotel. It's at least a 45 minute walk from the Guggenheim & most of the tourist attractions. It is KIND OF close to the Old Part, but still a 15 minute walk.

The room was very big and clean, the big shower was fantastic I would like to have the same in my house. We could sleep well even if all the city was celebrating a festival. Last but not least the parking was really huge for our van
