Pros. Staff is fantastic!
Cons. Bed was so uncomfortable I had a problem sleeping. Shower door kept sliding open.
Pros. The staff is very helpful, and there are lots of activities for the entire family to enjoy.
Cons. They need to leave bigger coffee cups and more coffee pods in the rooms.
Pros. The view was nice from balcony
Cons. The receptionist wasnt friendly , i paíd for a room with one large bed was told upon arrival none were availble had to accept a room with 2 beds. The rooms were not very nice there were cracks in the ceiling and walls were dirty over all just not a good experience for the money you spend to stay here
Cons. The only issue we had, which is just laziness in my part, is there needed to be waiters at the pool area walking around taking drink and food orders. Ordering at the bar would take half an hour at times.
Pros. The lazy river pool was great. Very relaxing.
Cons. Hotel did not use fitted sheets on bed. The bottom sheet would pull away from bed during the night.
