We liked the location to The Finley Center. We were there for a volleyball Tournament, and will be back again in several weeks for another. The beds were very comfortable.
The lobby bar area was under construction, so I understand the area was a construction site. Also, there were several members in our group that had issues with the elevator noise in their rooms. They stated that there was a loud banging all night long.
Excellent for a family of five
Clean, nicely decorated, comfortable room, excellent breakfast, very pleasant staff.
The pool heater was "off line". My son could not swim. But the hot tub worked.
Hotel was quiet even though it was completely booked the night we stayed (the night of the Alabama/UK football game). The beds were extremely comfortable. Very friendly staff. Our room was very clean.
The cleanliness in other, common parts of the hotel (hallways, elevators, etc.) could have been cleaner. However, our room was extremely clean. In regards to the common areas being dirty, I should point out that the hotel was completely booked and that perhaps the staff just couldn't keep up that evening. I imagine it was cleaned after checkout Sunday morning.
