I enjoyed the breakfast & the cleanliness. However, the staff was not good. I called for more bath towels three times & waited over an hour & half with no one coming to the room. Someone finally came to the room only to advise me that the had no more clean towels to give me. One of our beds only had a sheet on it. After 'proving' to housekeeping that we were missing a comforter, we were brought a lumpy, stained blanket (no wonder they wrap them in sheets).The breakfast buffet was nearly depleted when we went to breakfast. No can liners in the trash cans makes for nasty trash cans. No bathroom fan. The push-button on the top of the toilet kept getting stuck. Staying at...

Pros (+) I enjoyed the location. It was nice being attached to the mall didn’t have to exit the building. Also it is surrounded by a nice shopping area. I was trying to book a room downtown and booked this one by mistake but still very much enjoyed it
Cons (-) Large red stain on the floor. I also booked the room the same day and requested a king size bed. I was told check in wasn’t until 4. Me and my boyfriend waited until about 430 and the room still wasn’t ready. Instead they offered us a double queen for the same price. I didn’t want to take it but I was already tired and accepted the room anyway.
Pros (+) That fact that it is connected to the mall is the BEST thing about this hotel.
Cons (-) Seems somewhat outdated. Not enough attention is being paid to the small things (carpet and bed linen was stained, bath tub faucet leaked, pool/hot tub CLOSED). I expect more from a Hyatt Regency.
Pros (+) Nothing, when I arrived at around 12:45 AM I was informed that they overbooked the hotel and had no rooms available.
Cons (-) This hotel must be running a scam by overbooking and charging people who don't show up for space that was already sold. Collecting twice for the same room. You need to refund my money that you charged my credit card!
Pros (+) Ran to atlanta from hurricane Irma . They were so accommendating . Set o kid zone for kids in ballroom . Let all pets stay and staff was great

Pros (+) Our stay at the Wynfrey was absolutely awesome!! We loved the convenience of being attached to the mall too. 5 stars!!!!
Cons (-) My only complaint was the housekeepers were knocking on your door before 8am to clean your rooms! We were on vacation & having loooong nights, so we were still resting at that early hour and didn't want to be disturbed.
Pros (+) Fantastic staff; friendly and efficient. Rooms were spacious and clean. Location offers walkable mall dining options.
Pros (+) The location was perfect the staff was friendly the food was amazing the pool is growing sexy overall great stay the shopping was a plus everything you need it's right there at your fingertips.
Cons (-) The only bad thing I can say is that there wasn't enough towels in the room and when I ask for some the gentleman act like they were his house he only wanted to give me one but overall my stay was great
