The room was ok for the cost (£65 through booking.com - cheaper then booking directly with hotel). The staff behind the bar were appalling and rude, especially to my grandfather. The staff in the dining room (especially Maggie) were lovely. The nreakfast was great. The evening meal was partly inedible! Drinks were hotel prices. Entertainment was good for a certain age group. Bingo friday and Saturday night with decent prize money so my Nan was happy! Good parking.
The staff behind the bar were rude!!

After some twenty years since visiting the Park House we found it has not lost any of its charm and excellant service.

It was clean and friendly, and the restaurant staff were really good with the children.
The family room was a bit on the small side , and to close and open the window i had to stand on the sill.
