This hotel is situated in a quiet very pleasant area with free on road parking.exellent staff .nothing too much trouble.Excellent breakfast sets you up for the day.Room was very clean
Bed a little lumpy
Very close to the seafront and close to a tramstop as well. a nice pub called The Gynn is well within walking distance and serves great food. The room was a good size and had a nice little en-suite and had nice amenities in the room such as a freeview tv with dvd player and kettle to make drinks
It was very windy, but you can't control the weather!
the breakfast was satisfactory, more tea and toast if needed, no problem
The TV didnt work. The shower head came off he wall. Just unlucky with the rooms. My sons room had all the facilities and they all worked perfectly.
The owners were very helpful and were available for any queries. The hotel is in a quieter area away from thge main hustle and bustle which gave it a nice and relaxing feeling
Rooms were a little on the small side but comfortable enough for a short stay
would recomend this hotel to everyone, we had an excillent stay here jack and helen were fantastic and the location was brilliant, we are definitly coming back here net year.
Helen and Jack who ran the hotel were very friendly they made us feel very welcome, they had a lovely rapport with each other and their guests which made for a relaxing atmosphere - nothing was too much trouble. The room and hotel were spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. The food was lovely and well presented. they were very helpful and we had a really lovely break.
the lady of the house, she is really funny
Friendly staffs, cozy hotel in the quiet place in Blackpool.
the owners were very friendly, ive never stayed in a hotel that paid so much attention to us, made us feel very welcome and we knew everything about the hotel and local services ie trams, etc
nothing to fault
Excellent breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff. Nice quiet location - and we were really lucky to get great weather!.
Although the bedroom was really nice we though it was too small. And the very high wall mounted TV is a head-banger for anyone over 5ft 10 !
