The Millhouse Bled
Overview
As its name suggests, The Millhouse Bled is a converted old mill situated in Ribno, a quiet village 1.8 km from the centre of Bled and the famous Lake Bled. It offers free WiFi and free private parking. The Millhouse’s spacious public areas are furnished in a cool and understated style. They include a communal dining area, a lounge and a fully equipped kitchen which can be used by guests. A large manicured garden surrounds the house, and a small river flows by the mill. Barbecue facilities and garden furniture provide relaxation there. Numerous hikes can be started directly from garden. In the village guests can find a bakery shop and a choice of bars and restaurants serving traditional Slovenian and international fare. Major shopping facilities are available in Bled. Ljubljana Airport is a 30-minute drive away and airport pick-up service can be organised against an extra charge. Bled Train Station is 2 km away.
