Everything was good, but there was a delay of about an hour

I liked it as a half empty flight, I didn't like to wait 5 hours to fly which wasn't my fault.

Food was horrible! Inedible sandwiches by a supposed star chef, Assaf Granit. I was dead hungry the entire flight but couldn't possibly stuff that awful sandwich down my throat,

El AL has vastly improved its overall experince in the last several years. Nicer place, nicer flight attendants, food, comfort etc

Poor food service, a microwave heated sandwich and 300ml water bottle for a coach 4 hours flight ticket. Entertainment only by streaming to your device if you got something more than a small phone screen. On the positive side - on time arrivel.

Remind me not to fly (eat) at passover with Israeli cartiers. Came out of the aircraft with an incredible neck pain. Crew and entertainment were good.

As I paid for extra space - the seat was OK. The snack is very bad! The service is fair. The WiFi was so slow i could not see the provided movie and free TV. Just had so seat all the time...

Great entertainment system. The crew was somewhat helpful, but ignored the calls completely. Also all the isle seats were taken by the time of check-in and we had to squeeze a family of 5 on middle seats in 3 rows - awfully inconvenient to fetch nappies, take kids to the toilet or fetch water. Seat spacing was ok and the missile defence system of ElAl planes is unmatched.

Window seats on the 737 are tight and narrow. Staff was good.

Delayed flight… caused the missing of my connecting flight in Zurich. Had to wait 10 hours in airport for new flight which was also delayed by 1 hour. No apologies and minimal compensation.

In row with endlessly screaming toddler and should have been reseated as there were open options

It was great! Friendly crew. Good food and service. Great snacks. But one of our luggage did not come to Chicago. Stood at carrousel until the end waiting for our bag and it wasn’t there. Then we had to rush very fast to catch our connecting flight to Cleveland and almost missed it

Everything was fine except for very old audio video equipment. I couldn’t use my own headphones because there’s two-port audio plug and the headphones provided are useless. The displays are really old as well. Definitely need to be updated.

No fault of the crew, but the the rear lavatories were closed the entire flight. The front lavatories were blocked off for the first part of the flight by the food cart. Then some minor turbulence occurred so the fasten seatbelt sign came on for the second part of the flight. Heroic containment engaged! It was not fun.

The layover should have been one where I could have actually reached my connecting flight in time if all flights were in time.

Crew members were good. Seats were packed and too tight .

Didn’t get my luggage from layover in Zurich until 3 days later even though my luggage was marked priority and short layover, but my husband got his when we landed

Had a short layover in Zurich, luggage marked expedite and short layover but still didn’t get luggage when arrived in Split until 3 days later even though husband got his.

Flight was late and crew were unwilling to help with information on connections. Call light had been on for 61 minutes without tesponse.

Together with my family, we all agreed that the LOT crew provided the most wonderful service that could be. We are grateful for such a great experience they provided to us! We will return and share our experience with all our friends and family.! Keep up the good work!

The flight was delayed by an hour which caused me to lose my car rental in Vilnius

All good! But sandwiches for breakfast need to be warm!!!!! Not cold!!! You do not want anything cold in your stomach in the morning!… think about it!

All good. Didn’t get the seats I booked online. Luckily, copassanger cooperated! Mistake- I failed to verify connecting flight seats details at Mumbai. Staff at Mumbai airport to be blamed equally!

The staff was good. Very friendly and respectful. The airline not so much. They aren't very informative at all.

LOT airlines wasn't the best. They had trouble with boarding and they didn't have my information on file the right way. They change last minute details without us knowing and everything was a HOT MESS. Lot airlines also lost my baggae which was the carseat and haven't responded to any of my emails.

Lost my suitcase. And communication was poor. No offers of compensation for over 24 hour delay of bag

Plane was late causing me to miss connection. Flight the next late causing me to miss the rebooked connection. Air seberia I think is more late than on time

Plane was old. Seats were hard and very close together. No in flight entertainment.

This was my connection flight that was moved time ahead for a almost entire day so I lost it and I had to purchase new ticket once I landed in Copenhagen since nobody wanted to take responsibility for moving flight in that way so it’s impossible to make it. Very poor job by Underpricer, Air Serbia and SAS.

I purchased an exit row seat and priority boarding, about 3 months in advance. Without any communication whatsoever, my seat was moved to row 2, when I checked my reservation 2-3 days before departure. As no exit row seats were available anymore, I selected a seat 1C. However, once at the airport, I was issued maybe the worst possible seat, 29E, middle seat, one row before the last. It is not worth my time to request the refund on the ancillary purchase, I am simply done flying with Air Serbia. Also there was no boarding process to speak of at all, or online check in.

Lacking online check in, had to wait an hour in order to check in on the counter even without language.

This flight was better, plane was newer and didn’t have broken parts. Flight crew was very attentive and friendly.

Seats are very small and uncomfortable so such a long flight. My tray table was broken and taped up. Flight attendant untaped it to put my tray on. I taped it back up when done. The armrest between seats was broken and metal exposed. I will not book Air Serbia again.

Our flight was delayed from 1st July to 2nd July. But I wasnt informed! Checked my emails,every detail but I was definitely not informed! I and my family went to the airport on 1st July and learned that rhe flight is delayed to 2nd July at the airport! I am going to complain about this. I had to stay ın Kraljevo one more night. Luckily we could find a room. What ıf We couldn't?

To be honest, it was a fair flight, nothing more, nothing less. Since the route is short, I can accept poor in-flight service. The Belgrade airport is currently undergoing extensive reconstruction, which may result in some minor disruptions, but progress is expected to be made within the foreseeable future.

Online booking is poor. Flight crew are excellent. Would use them again.

The close the front toilet this is not good . They arive not on time is been delay the dont clean the plain . Poor
