Pros (+) I never Had my Room. I had a booking reservation and they were not able to give me a room.
Cons (-) How come i could have a room that i booked from cheap flights?

Pros (+) Overall very good service and pleasant staff. They front desk was very accommodating and the price was right.
Cons (-) The rooms smell a little moldy, but that may be just south Florida's climate and the first floor room.
