Pros (+) I stayed for 3 nights for a work conference and spent a lot of time either in the hotel or around it. I was even able to check in 6 hours early which saved me time during the day.
Cons (-) Parking was a block away and the ticket system was down upon arrival which delayed my exit from the garage as well.

Pros (+) Fantastic greeting, easy to get in and out and get to downtown Boston. Comfortable room with excellent bed and unexpected (nice) view of the harbor and airport. Very comfortable to start here. We even got a discount on parking during our stay.

Cons (-) Not very good food at the bar/restaurant, big noisy but tolerable AC unit in the room, hurried overworked staff.

Pros (+) Hip hotel, nicely furnished. Staff was busy but helpful. Good value for the money, especially with sales. Parking included depending on the rate.
Cons (-) Construction still ongoing during morning and midday in the attached first floor area makes it very noisy during those times. Staff was frequently too busy to help you immediately, although always cordial.

Pros (+) Walking distance to a lot of places.
Cons (-) We brought our own beer to drink in our room and they said we couldn't bring it to our room so we had to keep it behind the desk (which they put it in the fridge for us thankfully) till we checked out.
