great walking location from Freedom Trail
only complaint was the shower head would be better without the hose. couldn't get the direction where needed
Amazing location. We loved the bar and morning cafe. My partner and I have stayed here twice and defiantly plan on staying again.
Great details, nice use of a former warehouse. Friendly staff, clean environment, perfect location. Place was booked full, but never heard other guests.
Very nice rooms
No garage or valet
Great place with one big problem
Location Value Room size Quiet heating/cooling system Staff
The blinds. We had an interior room with the window looking out into the hallway. No big deal except that they used a $15 Wal-Mart blinds on that window and had a blue light in the hallway that was on all night long. The room was bright...all night long. If you're a person that is at all sensitive to light in your room at night, this may be a deal breaker. If you're management reading this, put up some blackout curtains or turn the stupid light off at night! This was my only qualm, otherwise it was a great place.
Location was great close to everything. Price for the location you cant beat it
Parking was a block away and it cost $32 with there discount.
Room and hotel were nice.
Location was very loud. It was friday night and the noise outside did not stop until after 4am (car horns, loud drunk prople, police sirens). We literally got no sleep due to the extreme noise.
Location was next to Faneuil Hall/Quincy Market...good price for that area
Couldnt control temp in the room..froze all night
Great location, boutique hotel with great value
Centrally located, nice comfortable rooms. Breakfast available starting at 6am.
Not enough in room lighting. A second mirror in bathroom would have been nice.
We Enjoyed our Stay
Very clean, modern look, staff was friendly and helpful.
Unable to block out light from the street with blinds. No on site parking available. A better discount on local parking garage would make this hotel one of the best affordable stays in the city.
Rooms were small and dingy and poorly lit.
Fewer amenities than most basic hotels at a super-
Close to work, comfortable bed.
No in-room coffee, very weak shower stream, no breakfast buffet, no desk, AC that blows right on you, lights that are impossible to adjust.
Nearness to South Station and bus terminal.
A really nice hotel close to everything in downtown Boston. There is no food service, but it doesn't matter because there are many different resturants steps away.
The entire place was just right, like something Goldilocks herself would have picked out. It was just the right size, just the right furniture and ambiance, fantastic location and great amenities.
The only thing you can pick on is the parking being a block away, but considering the location in downtown boston in the oldest parts of the city, that is hardly a sticking point.
Very convienent location to many sights of the city. Excellent location to catch the subway. The bathroom and shower were beautiful.
The bed smelled of Ben-gay or some form of wintergreen odor. There was a loud creeking floorboard immediately outside the door ( Rm 801.)
The location of the hotel was excellent, the T just outside the door and two minutes walking from Quincy market. The room was very spacious and confortable. Great value for money!
Everything was great, although no coffee in the room we had it available in the lobby
Super room, excellent location, easy book in and out, helpful, free internet access. Great value.
Only that rooms do not have coffee and tea making facilities. These are available in the main lobby.
Great location, clean room, wi-fi at the hotel.
While lacking any extras and an oddly designed and decorated hotel(created out of an old warehouse with exposed brick walls), the room was clean and quiet and the bed comfortable. We also enjoyed our view over the harbor..seeing the sun rise and watching the planes that had just taken off from Logan while lying in bed in the morning was nice. And for the price, considering we were right in the middle of Boston, this was a good choice for us.
It was under construction(not expected). Noisy cleaning with banshee hoover until 7.00 pm on saturday. Returned to our room to relax for one or two hours on sunday evening at 5pm. the room had not been made up. '
Refurbishment of bedroom was good, bathroom great with power shower Main reception area was lovely.Free coffee all day and internet access useful. Great location near harbour and heritage trail. No street noise due to design of Atrium room.
Disturbed by noise from builders early in morning two mornings. Lifts and front hall need makeover.
