We ordered vegetarian food (room service). They gave us a totally different dish that had meat in it.
The bathroom was not clean, the furniture throughout was damaged and cheap and subpar.
At arrival there were first aid strips on the carpet and hair where you don't want to find hair in the bathroom.
A great place to stay in Boston!
I've been here several times before and I'm always happy to come back. It feels like a small hotel that is very well located. With good size rooms, very clean and a very good service. Staff is very friendly, makes you feel at home. Nice Gym and beautiful pool if its open.
Not worth the price
The location is good. Walkable to many attractions and restaurants. T stop right in front.
They didn't have our room ready at the check in time. The sink was clogged with what looked like old vomit. The service was slow. The rooftop pool is tiny as is the area. I definitely wouldn't pay all that money to stay there.
The staff was very friendly and eager to make our stay as pleasant and comfortable as they could. The rooms were very comfortable. and quiet. The kids really had a good time in the pool.
I found a bobby pin in the bathroom that didn't belong to us. We ran out of shampoo and conditioner. There was no soap holder in the bathroom. The soap bars were too small for the wire holder There were no hand bars in the tub enclosure that an older person, such as myself, could hold on for support while leaning over to wash their feet.
High quality service, facilities and staff
Great service, great facilities and staff too
beds were comfy
room was so dirty
Luxurious rooms Well equipped Nice ammenities
The bell man Lanis, was wonderful. He was funny and eager to help me. He gave good advice and great recommendations
Decent hotel in a great location
- Location - Rooms were nice - Price was reasonable
- We stayed there partly because of the rooftop pool, but they sold so many "day passes" on the weekends, that hotel guests like us couldn't get a chair. It was an amenity that they sold right out from under us. Boo!
My favorite Boston hotel-The Colonnade
Yet another fine experience at The Colonnade! Comfortable rooms, great staff, Rooftop Pool and a Rubber Duck!!! Highly recommend!
The location and Jo's Brasserie
Friendly good facilities.
Service in the restaurant slow but food good.
The Hotel was great and very close to everything we were interested in.We will stay here again.
The room was large light with large windows and great views
The staff were disinterested in accommodating you. Complained several times. They would prefer to avoid than handle your complaints
I have stayed at this hotel numerous times and have been pleased every time. It is clean, quiet, comfortable, and located perfectly.
good location, helpful and friendly staff.
Location, very central, could walk to most places. Good size bedrooms with large comfortable beds. Helpful friendly staff
that we have to pay for internet, and the nozy room next to us.
The toilet in the room did not work. We complained at night to the housekeeper and they neve came back. In the morning we complained and they sent someone to fix it and it worked once. When we asked if there was a room close by for us to use the bathroom we were told there was none. When we asked that they unlock the restroom in the hallway we were told it would be done immediately it wasn't
Shower water was brown
