Pros (+) Close to hospital Staff helped to figure out the Kayak reservation.
Cons (-) Getting to the hotel and finding my Kayak reservation was not in their system, causing a lot of extra work to get it resolved. Delayed check in for over an hour, which was not appreciated since we had traveled many hours through bad weather to get there. PLEASE FIX THAT ISSUE!!!!!!! Room is too expensive.
