Location was excellent. Hotel was beautiful, comfortable and very clean.
Service in dining room was poor. The manager told me I was reading the menu incorrectly, then once I pointed it out to her, she acknowledged I was correct. Later came back to tell me that I should remember for future reference that what was printed on the menu was actually wrong and what she told me was right!
Central location great for families visiting Bosto
Rooms are a little dated
Friendliness of all staff
Last time I stayed it cost 75$ a night. I know it was 30 years ago.... I miss Diamond Jims
Perfect location; amazing service
Central location in Boston with excellent service. Staff is always there to cater to your needs. Spacious and comfortable rooms, beautiful boutique hotel. Great restaurant too.
A very nice stay, excellent location (near to the T stores and restaurants, walk distance to the main attractions). Staff very polite and helpful. I definitely recommend the hotel.
It's all about the customer!
Fabulous customer service. The luxury of a boutique hotel, the comforts of home.
Great location, good hotel. They should have a kettle in the room.
I liked the location and the fact that I was granted a late check-out on the day of departure
The constant attention of all the staff located in the lobby. would have liked to walk through there once without having to tell them all how I was doing.
the parking attendants were very courteous . reception staff were very courteous too.
The Lennox has a very beautiful entrance, very good service, located near shopping ( Prudential) and restaurants.
Great staff, too much perfume at the lobby, the bed is too soft, great locations and great sleep because you can't hear the traffic outside, good restaurant.
The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. The room was on the small side, but beautifully appointed and very comfortable. Quiet.
restaurant was closed for dinner & breakfast
I loved everything about the hotel from the location to the friendliness of the staff to the quality of the food and service. On check in it was discovered I had booked the wrong room type. The reservations staff wasted no time in upgrading the booking without any fuss. I would not hesitate to recommend The Lenox to anyone.
