the hotel room and the rest of the hotel was lovely, will be staying again, ideal for a romantic weekend or just a short break. deco of tudor is fantastic the rooms are lovely and the beds are really comfy.
the staff at breakfast could smile and look more friendly
Staff were very friendly and location was great. Very good value for money.
As we were in an attic room which had a slanted ceiling the shower head was not able to be attached to the wall and was hand held.
character building,off road parking
heating-could not adjust the radiator-(no tap on it)so was either red hot or off,and cold, in the room
We loved the Tudor house - absolutely beautiful!
Beautiful tudor style house. Lovely full english breakfast. Quiet. Clean. Walking distance to beach. Lots of wildlife in the garden.
Our room wasn't ready at 1pm. Check-in was advertised as 1 - 11pm Went for a walk on the beach and room was ready when we returned.
The building was magnificent
The room was big, bright & clean but the ensuite was so small that it was difficult to use the facilities without the door being left open.
The staff were invisible except for the waitress at breakfast who only said a few words. "Your welcome".
The hotel was lovely, the room had been newly refurbished it was all very clean and smart. It's a family run hotel so everyone was really friendly and helpful. The hotel is in an excellent location. We would definitely stay here again.
Good location, family run, lovely house
We had booked a twin room - this was a family room, one double bed and a small one really meant for a child. This was OK for one night, but wasn't what we were expecting. A large adult would have had a problem with the small bed, as it was tucked into a sloping attic corner. There was also no phone in the room.
Location was good, room was clean but a bit basic, interior was interesting
Foreign staff at breakfast, bath and shower were poor
