Cons: Worst experience ever

Cons: It's pretty run down, carpet stains, Ac broken, hot tub out of service, water temp would spike

Cons: Our toilet was not clean and we had to clean it before using. We were on our honeymoon and couldn't be intimate because there was a family next door with kids that were loud and we could hear all thier conversation so we knew they'd be able to hear us the walls were that thin. Great honeymoon! At checkout I noticed they had double charged my account and asked to have it fixed. Was told it was and saw the credit to my account. The next day I had two more charges to my account and when I called the hotel no manager was on duty and the lady on the phone was rude. At this point I've been charged 3 times for the same stay since I've gotten no resolution.

Cons: There was a stench in the hallway that made it less appealing. The stench in the elevator was even worse and it seemed that the elevator floor hadn't been cleaned really well. Also, while loved the jetted bathtub, it apparently was leaking. My husband had gotten a call that it was leaking while I was soaking in the tub. We didn't know where it was leaking from.

Cons: Although it was free, the breakfast was lacking

Cons: I have no complaints.

Cons: The lodge was outdated. The carpets in the common areas were largely stained. The door to our room was not installed properly or the building has settled; I could see people passing while in my room which means, they could see me as well. Although our room was tidy and appeared clean, with all the extra paint and wall paper on the walls; it gave the illusion of being unkempt.

Cons: It was old run down and bland. There was not any comforters on the beds and the beds were old and hard. It felt like going to grandmas house from the 70's and the decor had not been updated.

Cons: the hotel needs to replace their carpets in the main areas. The room could have been a bit cleaner, but it wasn't bad. The bathroom floor needed mopping. Pool was cold.

Cons: Could have used a safety rail to get out of the Jacuzzi tub.

Cons: I didn't find a single problem, amazing job!

Cons: Our room was clear but was very musty smelling. When i told the front desk, they said they would look at it but didn't apologize or offer any suggestions or changes.

Cons: The room was dirty, had a funny smell, had ants, flys and also had killed spider and front desk refused to put us in another room saying there’s nothing they can do about the smell or the ants in the room. The room was overpriced

Cons: Branson is a little farther than expected.

Cons: The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and had bugs on it. (Not bed bugs). You have to travel 15 miles to get to Branson. Not much close by to eat. If you were going to just stay at the condo it would be awesome.

Cons: Missed the GROUPON sale and paid extra $50 per night. Needed cleaning under couch, calling in bathroom, and most of all couch bed was broden

Cons: Our room had a golf theme with the artist signature of 1994. Even had a non working golf clock. It had a blue jacuzzi with gold fixtures. Obviously, this decor hasn't been changed in the last 20 yrs. while taking a shower, the floor was so soft, I was afraid the floor would give way. It had an overall old, musty and uncared for vibe. The blankets felt like horse hair. We were going to stay 2 nights, but ended up leaving after 1 night. I couldn't wait to come home and shower the grungy feeling off!

Cons: We were right by one of the indoor pools so it was humid and smelled like chlorine abd cleaning supplies. Breakfast could have been better. We enjoyed the stay though and would stay again if we could request a room farthe from the pools and make other breakfast plans.

Cons: Want allot of parking spaces

Cons: - Room was dirty - Stains on the sheets and furniture - Room had a VERY bad odor to it. - Room was a lot smaller than other hotels in the Branson area. It was not what I was excepting for the price I had to pay. There are plenty of other hotels in the area that are cheaper and have a better room to offer.

Cons: We have stayed at Radisson several times over past 15 years and have always have had a good expierence. This time was still okay, but we could smell smoke. We are both alergic to smoke and are more sensitive than most. Not a high level but enough we both were plugged up by morning. Seemed stronger near bathroom area. Possibly someone smoking in room nearby or coming through shared exhaust vents. We didnt complain because it was only 2 nights and the first time weve had any problem with the Radisson. We will try them again--great location for us.

Cons: Location location location. And no service ( shuttle) to get around. Too far out of town to walk to places. Expensive from airport to hotel.

Cons: Size of the pool.

Cons: Steep parking. Furniture in the rooms need updating.

Cons: Parking lot is on a hill and very steep - be careful getting in and out, and if it's in the winter or icy/snowy, park behind the hotel instead to avoid problems.

Cons: Very noisy...people running around above us. Also, parking is sometimes hard to find in the lot.

Cons: Extra, nightly cost for internet and for parking, on top of nightly rental.

Cons: Hilton rewards member, wasn’t given water or internet code at check in, paid for parking garage and didn’t work either day and required extra trips to get in and out.

Cons: Security: someone attempted to beat through the door of the room next to me at 2AM. Not being informed that I would have to pay for overnight parking. Great nice room, but not an exceptional value.

Cons: When we arrived we were pressured by staff to come listen to info on a time share. When we got to the room our key wouldn't work so my husband had to go back twice before security showed up to open the door with no apologies. Then our room smelled so bad we requested another room. This is coming from a family that doesn't send food back at a restaurant. Never have I felt the need to write a review, we were very disappointed.

Cons: Having to pay for internet use.

Cons: Couldn’t get a spoon or fork during the night hours and the staff didn’t inform us of all the activities they had available. We were not impressed with their offering we visibly noticed and were completely unaware of the extras and it was the least impressive Westgate property we’ve yet to stay at. Even the heating unit in the room was super loud and rattling

Cons: There didn't seem to be enough parking in our parking lot

Cons: This place does NOT offer free WiFi! You must pay to use internet :( unless you're an owner then it's free, but if you're just renting you get tricked into buying a wifi package when trying to login. No hot water either

Cons: Cleanliness. We signed up for a 90 minute presentation because we could get Silver Dollar City tickets at a reduced rate. The sales presentation/time share took 2.5 hours and basically wasted our time and all of the morning. Would not go back.

Cons: Room /carpet was musty. Bathroom was tiny and had mold above shower.

Cons: Cannot stand timeshare pitches! While they let you decline going to their "complimentary & informative" breakfast, they give you a little hassle about it. Room was stinky and a little worn out but overall appeared clean. I probably wouldn't be back because I've found similar deals to other places in region w/o timeshare annoyance.

Cons: The staff was awsome! Although we didn't get the room we reserved with 2 queen bends we got a king size bed that we didn't want insted. on top of that the power went out around 5am which made eveything impossible from showering to getting around the room very disappointed! The room looked really old needs updating deffently!

Cons: Astronomical fee charged for merely having a pet accompany you in the room. 170 dollars no matter what. Big dog or small cat.

Cons: The check in was flawed, the rooms were filthy. They didn't look anything like the pictures on the Web. They didn't have what we booked. They couldn't offer any other rooms as they were full. No free WiFi. Sales push for time share and their restaurant. Pretty awful really.

Cons: WiFi Outdated Rooms

Cons: Our check in was horrible and set the tone for the entire visit. There were a few families of 3-6 trying to check in at the same time and I guess each one had a problem. I was flabbergasted when all the check in people left the front desk for 5-7 minutes and left us to talk among ourselves. I have no idea where they went, why it took 2-3 or them or how they thought this was a good action. One of the women waiting with a 6mo old baby said this had happened to her earlier in the day when she checked in to go to the water park, but the room wasn't ready. We laughed at them and the place. We would have left if we had not prepaid. There was a lone agent who soldiered through. Eventually we changed lines and this fine man checked us in. That chaos, inattention and incompetence set the tone for everything else in our trip. We never went to the water park because it was a cold and wet days and we didn't want to go looking for it. It was in a separate building with no parking. A good check in might have changed our entire perception and experience.

Cons: Me and my 3 yr old went and he had a wonderful time. I will say the pictures online make this place look a lot bigger that it actually is. We stayed 4 nights and the resort got old fast for adults but kids loved it. A friend of mine stayed too and when we got there we didn't know there was three different inns. So that way an inconvenience that we weren't sleeping in the same building. Overall it's great for younger children but I don't think it was worth $125 a night for a standard room.
