Pros:Newly remodeled and very clean. Very functional.
Cons:Main light in room didn’t work. One of the outlets in room didn’t work and cold water valve for sink was turned off.
Pros:Very clean!! Real fire burning in the fireplace, large lobby with board games friendly dog Jesse and a warm inviting atmosphere. The free breakfast was great everything homemade. Love you can pull your car up in front of your door. Very close to Breck, short drive to Frisco and a short drive to Dillon and Silverthorne. 25 miles to Vail. As soon as you walked in the room it smelled clean, the sheets and bedding and towels smelled super clean each day. Appreciated the warmth of the room and the ability to adjust the heat if need be especially on these cold nights. Thank you again for your hospitality. Also appreciated the large table in room table compared with most hotel tables. Wi-Fi worked great and lots of television channels.
Cons:Loved it all!
Pros:Got what we paid for. Two nights stay at a hotel. Met expectations as far as quality goes and it is always nicer to put money into small businesses instead of a big chain. Happy with the stay overall and will love to come back in the future!
Cons:Not a huge fan that there wasn't any climate control. The two days we were there, it was a little stuffy because the weather was so nice and the best we could do was open a window. The continental breakfast didn't really have any protein; cinnamon rolls, toast, bagels, biscuits and gravy, cereal. Would recommend some ham or bacon at least. Lastly, one of the owners/managers got a little snippy with one of my bandmates about parking and his hitch being on the sidewalk. She wasn't in the wrong, but there could have been a little more diplomacy.
Pros:Staff was super friendly and the Wayside Inn had charm.
Cons:The heater made a lot of noise, but I brought ear plugs so it was ok.

Cons:The peeling paint, the missing moulding, the nasty wall heater, the mildew smell, the paper thin walls so you could hear everything in the rooms on both sides. Nothing....I repeat, nothing about this dump is pleasant. Do yourself a favor and sleep in your car before you stay here. I woke up at 3:30 AM because of TV noise from the room next door and left at 4 AM. That's how pathetic this dump is.
Pros:It was cheaper than the rest of the overpriced hotels in Breck. But after we saw the old carpet and amenities in the room and the very old mattress with a egg crate on top we decided it was also overpriced.
Cons:Door lock was ify at best. Carpet was about 20 years old as well as the mattress. The room smelled so strong of air freshener it burned our nose. Like they were covering something up.
Pros:I have stayed 3 t imes now. It is a darling, quaint little cabin-like room with a tiny bathroom, but it has all you need. Cute bedding, great cable and it's cozy. I have stayed in the Winter and the summer - I think it's a very good value and perfectly located between Breck and Frisco. :) It's not luxury, but it's not supposed to be and the owners/office staff are really cool people. I will be back!

Pros:EXCELLENT value for the money. Very good staff and complimentary breakfast. Close enough to town. And only a couple minute drive to Frisco as well.
Pros:It was a great cottage feel to the room, and the breakfast was awesome for a free breakfast. Also the hot tub was out side which was beautiful to sit in after a day of snowboarding. Very cozy and exactly what i wanted, i would stay there again.
