Exceptionally friendly bi lingual staff. Beautiful Gardens. Situated in a lovely town.
I really think that air conditioning is necessary even at this altitude. My stay during July was slightly marred by the uncomfortable temperature in our Junior suite and very humid temperature in the restaurant during our a la carte meal.

The hotel is located in a very interesting historic building which has great charm. The food is very high quality and the breakfast is excellent. The town of Bressanone/Brixen is attractive and a great place to spend a few days.

the location was excellent, and furnished impeccable. The bikes were key!
The hotel charges money for the rooms to people who book through your service and that bothered me a lot. I recommended this hotel to a friend and she paid ten Euros less and the told it was because they had to pay for you service charge and then when I question that they change the story and said it was because of a last minute booking, My friend also got a nicer room with a balcony and a fruit tray on arrival. The beds were very hard and they said it was good for me and only give one pillow for a single room
