The location was excellent, breakfast was good and staff were very helpful. Check-out later incurred a fee (extending to 14.00) but luckily we could leave our luggage for free whilst we toured around after usual checkout time (11.00).
Breakfast room needs enlarging
Room was adequate although lighting in bathroom needed improving. Staff very friendly.
Waited over an hour for breakfast - admittedly it was half term week & they were very busy but the breakfast room is clearly not big enough for the number of rooms they have .
Expensive on street parking
Staff were outstanding
Near the sea and main facilities
Friendly, helpful staff. Clean and quiet. Good location on seafront. Nice little bar. Good value for money. Booked a double room for myself and then my son and his friend found the hostel unacceptable so booked a single for his friend and my son shared with me. Staff very helpful.
The welcome was very friendly and a good location.
The single rooms are very small with small windows and no view. The rooms desperately need refurbishing and updating but they were clean.
The staff were very friendly. The bar and lobby areas were nice and modern and the breakfast was great. Good location for the beach but a bit of a walk to the shops.
The room was quite basic for the money and didn't resemble any of the photos featured on the site. The shower had poor water pressure and took ages to heat up - maybe something to do with being on the 5th floor. The heating was on way too high and the room felt like a sauna.
Location was great perfect sea view
All requests were handled very professionally. By day 2 of a 5 day stay I was treated with a smile and greeting on every occasion.
Hotel is located at the sea front.
Room was very small and hotel needs some renovation.
the above mentioned made my stay a relaxing one and a memorable one. will definitely come back again.
Location, good b'fast
Lack of parking
the staff were friendly i got a good room with sea views the room was clean bit basic but perfect for the night.
the breakfast was good but cold
