Pros: "Quick disembarking due to quite empty plane ( for ryanair that usually has full )"
Cons: "Staff seemed a bit irritated with each other. The boarding took so long - we were towards the end of the queue but still had to wait a long time for the dooors to close - not very ryanair as they usually have all of us waiting to get on the plane. This was especially weird as the plane was quite empty Might need to lower the up selling - the flying time was 55 mins approx and the poor cabin crew were wheeling the cart about 3 minutes after take off with the plane still climbing quite steeply. The crew are trying to sell the same as a 3 hour ryanair flight - hot food, snacks, drinks, scratch cards, and the perfumes"
Cons: "Only one line for those needing to check in at the counter (non-EU) The person who looked to be in charge said we had enough time to wait thru the line. We didn’t. Come very very very early for Ryan Air. We gave up and took the train."
Pros: "Short flight Flight itself is cheap Plane ok"
Cons: "Could not seat with my partner - it looks as if it is done on purpose so that people will pay Also - the price for the suitcase is outrages and much too expensive"
Pros: "There wasn't any therefore the low rating"
Pros: "First off the reviews via Youtube and the web site were scarey but I wished for the best. I packed a small American Tourister bag 14 for my European trip starting in Rome to Paris then on to Amsterdam, as well as packed a book bag. At first I booked non priority but figured I'd add the $7.50 to be safe and be able to take both my bags, plus it got me thru the gate quicker, so I booked PRIORITY and it worked out for me. The space is kind of tight but I was able to fit comfortably in my seat and the flight was abt 2 hrs or so from Rome to Paris. I never reclined my seat because after takeoff I fell promptly asleep. I had a 6:30 am flight. The crew appeared very unbothered n blasé but there were no mishaps and they were attempting to get everyone seated as quickly as possible so we could get on to our destination on time. The landing was a bit off but nothing major just a hard drop, nothing serious. Overall not as bad as the nightmare reviews but nothing to brag about either. Well worth my $60 (American)."
Pros: "On time and fairly quick baggage retrieval. Being able to check-in before you leave UK is very useful."
Cons: "I booked through Kayak and although it does warn about extra charges for baggage, I feel I was duped because I booked for 3 check-in bags at additional cost thinking that would mean for outbound flight and return but once the booking transferred to Last minute on completion it turned out I only had check-in baggage for the outbound flight (different airline) and not for the Ryanair return flight. Ryanair charges more if you book check-in baggage after the original booking so the flights were much more expensive than I had thought. Kayak did not help with this issue. I would not use them again."
Cons: "Flight was delayed, very uncomfortable seat, excessive waiting time even after landing, cabin crew weren’t welcoming"
Cons: "Flight delay, everything costs money, even a glass of water. I never will fly with them"
Pros: "The price of the ticket"
Cons: "Nothing!! No place for the legs, minimum !!!! No option to move the seat back !! All the flight the light was On"
Pros: "I was allocated an emergency exit seat, luck of the draw. It was the only flight left going to the UK following the extreme weather in CPH and UK."
Cons: "No tables in the seat backs! Gaudy decoration and plastics that had clearly been designed to be hard to damage. It felt like a kebab shop in a rough area or the custody area in a police station."
Pros: "Quick announcement of gate"
Cons: "Eased through security in Lisbon; only to be left standing for at least 40 mind; no announcement from staff. In total our flight was delayed by 90mins and now we have missed our coach for the last leg of the journey! Not happy at all!!!"
Pros: "Smooth boarding and pleasant staff"
Cons: "Paying extra to sit together"
Pros: "price and schedule were very fine on time pleasant staff"
Cons: "they changed their onboard bag policy was changed several times between our purchase of tickets and flight date , poor policy and customer relations"
Cons: "1. I brought a trolley according to the specifications in the web page and the message sent to me. They claim it was too big, even though it did fit into the box they use to measure the luggage, saying that it fitted too tight, and insisted on my paying an extra 50 euro. 2. They purposely split family members in the hope that people will pay extra to sit together. We did it on the first leg, but then managed to switch seats without extra cost in the second leg. It just required several people switching around."
Pros: "Friendlly cabin crew. Clean environment."
Cons: "Delayed flight."
Cons: "Bumpy Landing! Very expensive for a very basic service"
Cons: "The Lithuanian crew team was far too casual. Service as well. Informal."
Pros: "best food and drinks best clubs"
Pros: "Flight to Budapest from Stansted airport took off on time and landed 40 minutes early. The flight home was on schedule and I had an aisle seat both ways, couldn't ask for more."
Cons: "Due to the high volume of passengers on the flight we had to put our luggage in the hold (for free) in both directions which caused a minor delay in our onward journey but nothing significant."
Pros: "Low price"
Cons: "delay of 1:30."
Pros: "on time"
Cons: "Flying shop"
Pros: "Boarding was relatively quick"
Cons: "Left late and the staff were a little rude"
Pros: "The crew traveling out of Rome was pleasant is the only thing positive I can say."
Cons: "-we paid extra for priority boarding and did go through the line first to board the shuttle to the plane but then they had everyone else from the overbooked plane crowded like sardines into the same shuttle. It was a waste of money. -traveling to Rome on Ryanair we took samsonite carry on luggage onto the plane with no problems. Leaving Rome we were told to recheck our luggage size. The wheels stick out a little and they made us pay 100 Euros to check our bags. Once on the plane we saw many passengers with luggage and bags much larger than our own and did not have to pay to have them checked. We were the only Americans on the plane. -The seats do not recline and are at a 90 degree angle which is very uncomfortable for a 3 hour flight. -the crew traveling to Rome was very rude. -the seats were dirty with food and crumbs before I sat down and there was trash and food on the floor. It is as if the plane is not cleaned routinely."
Pros: "Prompt departure and arrival in Belfast. Brand new aircraft was a bonus."
Cons: "The white wine I got was undrinkable. I told the strewart working at the back of the aircraft that ' the white wine is terrible, it's like drinking water and indrinkable'. His reply was ' well that's what you ordered'. I expected him to say; Sorry you found it like that and I will pass your comments to the catering company. this may sound like a trivial thing to comment on but I found his attitude very unprofessional. My wife and I also found the staircase from ground level to the corridor leading to passport control very demanding when carrying a 10 kilo roller case each. There is a lift somewhere but there are no directions to indicate where it is situated."
Pros: "Ryanair was a great surprise. I am 1.79 in height the seats were not cramped, yes they do"
Pros: "Fast accurate on time and proffesional"
Pros: "That the flight was on time. I gave 5 stars for food although I didn’t eat but what the y offered looked ok."
Pros: "There is reallly nothing to like. It’s just a flight similar to a bus ride."
Cons: "It’s a low cost no frills airlines. It’s just like riding on a bus, so there is really nothing positive above t th experience. The worst part is the lack of directions to check in bags. At Gatwick, I had to pay for my bag in a completely different location and being the receipt to the counter. The website was ambiguous and it appeared as if one bag checked was free. Of course, that’s way too optimistic because nothing is free on the bus...I mean Ryan Air."
Pros: "Good flight, took off on time and landed early. Didn’t get a chance to try food or entertainment."
Cons: "My connection at Stansted was very tight. Faced with long lines which could have mennt me missing my flight, I was five no option it to upgrade my ticket. Flight was also 20 minutes late."
Pros: "The price of the ryanair flights are great, and will probably be the reason I continue to use them"
Cons: "I am not bothered that there was no in flight entertainment, or that everything cost extra, a lot extra, like drinks (2.5Euros for a can of cola). It’s what you’d expect from a trip that only cost £14.99 each way... But, the things that don’t cost anything, the things you’d expect from any big brand weren’t there at all. Zero communication from staff about why the fliight was delayed (until we landed at Frankfurt) Zero personality from the staff. They looked unhappy, or overworked, or bored... Lufthansa, British Airways, AA, etc... all happy staff. Staff weren’t even communicating verbally... they mimed a lot of stuff... The safety breif was disorganised and they had to repeat it as the pilot interrupted... and the pilots announcements were very unclear, due to a lack of pronunciation of the words he was saying. If I was to offer a suggestion as to how this could be fixed, Inwould suggest that it has something to do with poor recruiting, low staff morale, or something similar"
Cons: "We had technical problems so our flight was late one hour"
Cons: "We were forced to put our carry on luggage in the hold despite the fact that was loads of room in the overhead lockers. This is such a tedious new trend clearly designed to increase stress and anxiety around the boarding process (and extract more cash for priority boarding). Add to that the extra effort they take to seat you separately even when checking in together... unless of course you pay extra. Shame on you."
Cons: "The carry on bag size... my bag is the proper size because I made the purchase special for the trip. When they checked the size, the wheels made it to large. Then I was charged £45 which was more than the cost of the flight. Baggage agent was very rude."
Cons: "I had a baby my arms and they boarded me dead last. Also, charged us $60 to carry the baby onboard, no seat! These people are pitiful. Will never fly again."
Cons: "Late , expensive, loud, no leg room seat do not tilt !"
Pros: "departure time"
Cons: "no water to drink"
Pros: "Nothing, I do not like their business model"
Cons: "We felt exactly like cattle going into the cattle car ... 4 hours LATE! No employee treated us as humans."
Pros: "Attentive crew and departed on time."
Cons: "The seat was not the most comfortable (of course) and the 10EUR meal I bought was not good either."
Pros: "A very average flight, cannot complain. the newer mod seats made so much more room on the plane."
Cons: "When you buy tickets as a collective and check in with plenty of notice; it's an absolute disgrace to charge to sit next to your travelling partner. Ryanair going out of there way again to rinse there customers for every penny."
Cons: "Anxiety over the luggage."
Pros: "Quick boarding, probably thanks to the small size of the 2 airports (Trapani and Girona). I also appreciated flying with the new boing by Ryanair."
Pros: "The ticket was cheap and to an airport that had easy access to public transportation."
Cons: "I found out later that I had to print out my ticket or face a 50 euro fee and they do not give free water on the flight."
Pros: "Flight arrived on time"
Cons: "Limited food on board and ran out of most stock at the beginning of the flight Wasn't able to sit with my family yet again Lack of leg space My table was broken and wasn't in use"
Cons: "This was the WORST flying experience of my life. You have to check in online otherwise they scam you out of tons of money. Seems pretty straight forward right? WRONG! They don't send you an email when it's time to check in. They will also send you on a wild goose chase through an airport and have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHAT SO EVER. I will never fly with them or their affiliates again."
Cons: "I paid extra for priority boarding and, though I was one of the first 20 passengers on board, I was not allowed to put my bag in the overheard compartment. I was told to put both my purse (not a tiny one, mind you) and my carry on bag under the seat. And, because I had an isle seat, the space was smaller than average. So I had to fly cramped up. Because I'm not an EU citizen, I had to queue up as if to check in luggage to have a stamp placed on my boarding pass. Then another queue to board the plane because they don't bother to call by row or group number like most airlines. The boarding was chaotic. The seats are very uncomfortable. They don't even give you one small cup of water. You have to pay 3 euros for a bottle of water that would cost you 1 elsewhere. Finally, the landing was very hard and shook everyone about."
Pros: "Nice people. easy. Empty flight"
Cons: "I want free peanuts or cookies or something even free water please I paid a lot and I can't even get free peanuts?!"
Cons: "4hr delay"
Pros: "Ticket personnel were very helpful"
Cons: "Flight attendants were less then helpful in all area's ..."
