Pros (+) The courtyard was beautiful and the location is in walking distance to a strawberry farm nearby.
Cons (-) The overall construction quality is quite poor. The bathroom had a strong smell of Malaysian sewers, the walls are thin and noise travels easily, and the windows and balcony door had large gaps. Luckily mosquitos don't seem to be a big problem in Cameron Highlands.
