Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guest reviews for this hotel are mixed. Many guests appreciated the clean and comfortable rooms, and some noted a good price or convenient amenities such as kitchenettes or fridges. However, there were frequent complaints about poor service, including rude or unhelpful staff, issues with early check-in, and unfulfilled promises regarding luggage storage. The location was also criticized for being far from public transport and in a less desirable neighborhood. Cleanliness was generally acceptable, though a few guests noted problems. Bed comfort was adequate for some, but not ideal for families or those expecting larger beds.
