Cons:Being an old building, there's not a lot of insulation between floors and I could hear the guests who stayed above me.
Cons:Weaknesses: (1) They filled most of refrigerator with over- priced drinks. Annoying though some would find it a plus. Would rather see this stuff and more sold out of the way in the lobby.(2) Sold only junk food-nothing substantial for the microwave. An essentially a foodless hotel. Strangely no breakfast at all - most hotels provide something. (3) Complex difficult to use clock alarm. (4) no paper towels.
