Pros (+) Room was nice and breakfast was good.
Cons (-) Was told when I checked in that there would be only a $20.00 hold on my debit card but instead there was a $50.00 hold. Tried to call the hotel to see if something could be done needless to say the Manger and staff were not helpful. My advice is make sure your employees know all policies before they LIE to a guest because even when the employee is in the wrong HAMPTON INN DOES NOT FIX THE PROBLEM.
